How lesson packs work
A lesson pack adds booking credits to your account. The final price is based on the selected teacher and lesson type. Hemy subscriptions and AI credits are separate from lesson credits.

Buying a pack
How to do it
- 1Open the packs page and select the relevant teacher if prompted.
- 2Choose a pack and enter a coupon code if you have one.
- 3Complete secure checkout and return to Hemy.
- 4Once payment is confirmed, your account credits will update.
Hemy tip: If payment succeeded but credits are missing, send support your email and transaction time—never your card details.
